His professional experience includes 17 years in managed IT services, where he provided technology solutions for over 500 companies. As owner of Midwest VoIP and General Manager of 4eos MSP, Andy built and scaled operations from a small team into a comprehensive technology provider. This extensive experience in the MSP field provided deep insight into the diverse technology needs of businesses across multiple industries.

Family and Community Leadership

The Oberlin family's 28-year partnership has been built on shared values of dedication, integrity, and service. Marci has been instrumental in supporting both the family and Andy's various entrepreneurial ventures. This intensive research period led to the decision to transition from his role as IT Director of Southwest Allen County Schools to pursue AI innovation full-time.

His home-based development lab has become the proving ground for innovative solutions, including Aether VTC (where he serves as CTO, with approval from USA Wrestling), and the foundational technology behind The Fort AI Agency.
